Terms of Use

By accessing the Digibuz platform, engaging our software development services, or executing a project statement of work (SOW), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from utilizing our services.

• These terms apply to all clients, website visitors, and enterprise partners.
• Sub-agreements or custom Statements of Work (SOW) signed separately override conflicting general clauses herein.

Digibuz provides high-end software development, web engineering, mobile application development, SaaS platform architecture, and digital strategy services:

• All deliverables are executed based on agreed technical specifications, project roadmaps, and milestones.
• Any scope modifications requested during active development will be evaluated and quoted via formal change requests.

We protect our clients' ownership rights and proprietary code:

• Client Ownership: Upon full settlement of all project invoices, complete ownership rights to custom source code, design assets, and compiled software are transferred to the client.
• Pre-existing Libraries: ${siteConfig.name} retains ownership of its proprietary framework tools, open-source utilities, and reusable boilerplate libraries integrated into deliverables under standard non-exclusive licenses.

Engagements are executed under agreed milestone payment terms:

• Payment Channels: We accept payments through UPI, VISA, PhonePe, Google Pay, and Paytm via certified financial gateways.
• Milestone Payments: Payments must be disbursed according to project milestones detailed in the project contract.
• Late Payments: Invoices overdue beyond 14 business days may result in temporary suspension of active dev environments or code releases.

Digibuz builds enterprise-ready software adhering to industry quality standards:

• Post-Launch Warranty: We provide 30-60 days of bug-fix warranty post-deployment to ensure software stability.
• Limitation: In no event shall ${siteConfig.name} be liable for indirect, consequential, or third-party server outages beyond our direct control.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.

• Both parties agree to first attempt resolution of any dispute through good-faith technical consultation and mediation.
